LATEST UPDATE : Good News !! UP Exam Regulatory Authority has Notice/ Schedule for Direct Admission for D.El.Ed 2019 Vacant Seats. Direct Admission conduct from 12 to 16 September, 2019 As per news, 1,04,728 Seats are still vacant. Candidates have to submit Admission Form in DIET & Private College, Daily Merit List will release on Notice Board of College. Students who apply for 1st 2nd Counseling (as well as Not take take part in 1st 2nd counseling, who not get any college in counseling, who not submitted Rs. 10000/- Fee, who submitted Fee but not take admission) are eligible for Direct Admission. IMPORTANT POINTS/ Changes For UP D.El.Ed 2019 Counseling & Admission :

One Application will accept for All Districts.
Candidates will not be given chance for Correction in Application Form. So fill application form very carefully.
Photo of Selected Candidates will be matched with application form & ID Proof.
Mark sheets, Certificates issued & Result declared after Last Date of Online Applications will not be accepted.
Candidates can fill all available college according to their preference, Based on Merit College will be provided.

UP Basic Education Board has recently concluded Online Application Process for BTC (D.El.Ed) Online Application Form 2019 for Admission in DIET, Private Colleges. Many of candidates are worried about Online Counseling. Till Last Year, Offline Counseling was conducted. But Board has changed the Process for Transparency. UP D.El.Ed Online Counseling Process 2019 -Step by Step Guide :-

Based on the Entries Filled by Candidates in Online Application Form, Merit List will be Prepared in Ascending Order.
Merit List will prepare Male/ Female wise, Science/ Art wise, Category wise.
Candidates will be provided Rank based on their Merit List, which is base of Selection.
Candidates of Selected Rank can Fill Seat of their Choice Online in given time.
After that College Allotment will process by NIC.
In 2nd Round of Counseling, chance of Selection will provide based on Vacant Seats. If Candidate not fill choice in 1st Round, then he/ she is eligible to fill choice in 2nd Round.
College will be allotted based on Choice filled by candidate. It is duty of Principal of allotted college to provide details of filled/ vacant seats.
There will be no Selection after Last Date. Board is also not responsible for Vacant Seats in colleges.
List of Allotted Candidates will provide to Private Colleges. It is responsibility of DIET Principal to ensure verification of Merit, Group/ Category.

UP BTC Admission Fee:

UP D.El.Ed is a 2 Year Non Residential Training Course of four Semesters.
Candidates selected for DIET have to Pay Rs. 10200/- per year as Training Fee.
Candidates selected for Private Colleges have to Pay Rs. 41000/- per year as Training Fee.
Private College can not pay admission fee as decided by Board i.e. Rs 41000/-.
There will be No Fee for Hostel/ Residence.
Candidates will not provided any Stipend during Training.
Candidates have to pay Exam Fee, Mark Sheet Fee Separately
Admission Fee will Paid by E-Payment OR Bank Draft, as suitable to candidates.

D.El.Ed Documents for Online Counseling 2019:

Print Out of Filled Registration Form.
Print Out of submitted Challan Fee/ Online Fee.
Print out Fully Submitted/ Corrected Online Application Form.
Original & Print Copies of Certificates, Marksheets of 10th, 12th & Graduation.
Domicile Certificate
Caste Certificate.
Passport Size Photographs.
Candidates can use Affidavit regarding any non fulfilled Document.

UP BTC D.El.Ed Selection & Document Verification Process 2019:

Selection for D.El.Ed-2019 will based on Merit List. Higher Merit Candidates will be awarded DIET (Government Colleges).
Merit List will prepare based on Marks of High School, Intermediate & Graduation. Separate cut off will be DIET & Private colleges.
Merit List will prepare Category wise & Stream wise & it is rounded off upto two points of decimal.
If two candidates have same merit then preference will be given to older candidate.
Seat Matrix will be uploaded on UP Basic Education Boards website stream wise/ category wise. Candidates have to given choice online based on no. of seats in DIET/ Pvt Colleges.
Document Verification will conduct by Allotted College at the time of Admission.
