Hi all,
I have the 1994-2000 BTCC season reviews on VHS. I remember the 1990-93 seasons being available years ago on VHS, and I now note Duke has released 94 to 2009 on archive DVD. Is it possible to buy the older seasons anywhere on DVD? Amazon has '92-3 on VHS, but they are all used and horrifically expensive.

It may be worth e-mailing Duke and asking them, I got one of the 80's Bathurst races this way. They have a lot more footage than listed on there site, I'm pretty sure my brother got the 1992 BTCC season from them to.I have the 1994-2000 BTCC season reviews on VHS. You will not find an "unsed" VHS copy now, they stopped producing them years ago.
Have you tried ebay? I did not think the VHS versions were selling for high prices any more.
I still have all my BBC Grandstand coverage which I converted to DVD some time ago. I do not watch it as much as I used to but it is nice to go back to it every now and again.

I've got several BTCC and DTM review VHs I need to convert to DVD. HAve the equipment to do it.
What's the score legally as I don't plan to sell copies off or upload to Internet. And I daresay the orginal prod companies don't exist anymore anyway

Thanks guys, I will try emailing Duke and see what they say. I'm not keen on buying used VHS tapes as they could be really shagged. I've had dirty tapes before that have made the VHS heads dirty, which then requires a massive faff to clean it and avoid contaminating other tapes.
As for copying them, dont quote me on this but I think you should be OK as long as you do not plan to sell on, distribute or otherwise show in public the copies you make
